President Jim Price called the meeting to order with 17 members present.

Faye Becker thanked the club for the plant sent to her during her recent illness.

The Columbia Show-Me Cosmo Club is having a bowling challenge fundraiser on April 25. We received a thank-you letter from the Adopt-A-Hero campaign for our donation. Jim Price will be out next week on a mission trip to Kansas, helping with disaster relief efforts with a contingent from Central United Church of Christ.

Minutes from the March 14 meeting were approved.

Paul Gerling reported the boy scouts will be at Camp Timber Acres, April 18-20. A clean-up day for Timber Acres is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. April 2. Jane Holtsman indicated that scholarship applications are due by April 1. Anyone wishing to help on the committee should contact her. A board meeting was scheduled for 6 p.m. April 22 at Timber Acres.

It was decided to order the same amount of food for the spring barbecue as we did last year. A sign-up sheet was passed around for workers for the April 5 barbecue to at Schulte's parking lot.

Nick Rackers name was drawn for the weekly attendance drawing. He was not present, so the money will carry over to next week.

Jim Gerling offered a prayer and members recited the Pledge of Allegiance. The meeting was adjourned.
