A Jefferson City man is charged with one count of first-degree sodomy after an incident this weekend.
As of Tuesday afternoon, Grant Kempker, 20, 116 of Ventura Ave., was being held on $50,000 bond.
The female victim said the incident occurred at a party early Saturday in the 1000 block of Martin Waye out in the county.
The victim said she had gone to bed with her boyfriend and woke up to find Kempker performing sexual acts on her.
The victim also believed Kempker took a video of the incident.
