A Camdenton teen was injured in a one-car accident at 12:50 p.m. Tuesday on U.S. 54 east outer road in Camden County.
According to the Missouri Highway Patrol report, a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix, driven eastbound by Brooke E. Hussey, 16, traveled off the right side of the road, went up an embankment and struck several trees. The vehicle overturned and caught fire.
Hussey was taken to Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach.
She was wearing a seat belt.
