MOKANE, Mo. - Investigators with the Callaway County Sheriff's Office are looking into a Facebook page that sexually objectified students and staff of South Callaway High School.

The page, "South Callaway's Sexiest," which has since been removed from the social media platform, was known to have featured 15 students and two staff members, Superintendent Kevin Hillman said after Wednesday's school board meeting.

"We'd like to know who did it since we have staff and kids involved," Hillman said.

While the investigation is ongoing, Hillman does not yet know whether a student created the page or if the creator used a school-provided device.

"We live in a different time with social media," Hillman said. "We'd hope people would have more appreciation for others' privacy."

More information will be provided following the investigation.

During the district's regular school board meeting, the board agreed to seek bids for a storage shed for football equipment that was initially rejected last year. The initial bid included a separate storage facility for baseball equipment, but the board agreed to move forward in constructing storage behind the football stands.
