A Kansas City resident was taken by ambulance Friday to Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach after his car was struck by another driver who crossed the center line.
Jerry Warren was traveling in the southbound lane of Ivy Bend Road in Morgan County in a 2007 Dodge 1500 when Joel Ehst, of Stover, who was traveling in the northbound lane in a 2000 GMC 500, crossed the center line and struck Warren head on.
Ehst was uninjured in the crash, according to reports from the Missouri Highway Patrol. Warren had moderate injuries and was taken by ambulance to the hospital.
