A California man was arrested following a one-vehicle crash Thursday morning in Moniteau County.
Missouri Highway Patrol reports show the crash occurred at 11:30 a.m. on Route O, a half-mile north of Palestine Road.
Dalton Kirchoff, 22, went off the right side of the road and struck a tree before coming to rest in a creek.
He was wearing a seat belt and was treated for moderate injuries.
Troopers arrested Kirchoff for DWI and careless and imprudent driving.
