Rainbow Drive has reopened between Pioneer Trail Drive and Covered Wagon Road, according to the Cole County Department of Public Works.
The road was closed Aug. 27 for construction of storm drainage, curb and gutter work, and widening pavement on the south side. That project is now complete.
