A charge of unlawful use of a weapon was dismissed Wednesday against a Jefferson City man.
Armonn Cody had been charged in connection with an incident that occurred Monday. Authorities alleged he had displayed a weapon in a threatening manner.
Prosecutors did not indicate why the charge was dismissed.
