A St. Louis woman sustained serious injuries in a single-vehicle crash Friday afternoon on U.S. 54 in Cole County.
Missouri Highway Patrol reports show the crash occurred around 12:55 p.m. on U.S. 54, just west of Buffalo Road.
Chloe Gralike, 19, failed to negotiate a curve, went off the road, struck an embankment and overturned. Gralike was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from her vehicle.
The eastbound lanes of U.S. 54 near the crash site were closed to traffic for over an hour Friday afternoon.
