We drove up 54 north of Jefferson City recently. We drive to east on 50 regularly.
After reading articles about all the unsafe roads and bridges in Missouri, and the need to raise gas taxes so that more money can be spent on them, it is comforting to know that the few rough spots on those two highways are the most unsafe road conditions in Missouri.
I assume this must be the case since repaving both were at the top of MoDOT's to-do list.
