Our country cannot survive as the country we grew up in. With the bitterly divided citizenry as it has become in the past year. It is past time this ceases.
We are all free to disagree, but not to the point of pure hate, lies, un-civil language and protests sometimes ending in violence with bodily injury and destruction of property. As well as the destruction of good people's reputations. It is past time for this to stop before it is too late.
We are all in the same boat and need to realize that it cannot take us where we all want to to, which is a safe harbor. If we are paddling in opposite directions, with this over-the-top and in some cases criminal behavior being tolerated.
