Why are officers of the law allowing 18-21-year-old children to get so drunk they fall into the curbs and streets at University of Missouri football games? It concerns myself. They break Missouri state laws with as many as 15 people in back of pickup trucks with no helmets or seat belts going past at least 20 highway patrolmen on duty. This is on public paid property of the state campus.
I feel this could be a poor reflection by visitors to our state. If you drink on the sidewalks of the City of Jefferson, the city Liquor Control Board will issue a summons to the bar owner.
