We live today in the pre-911 environment. I heard that there is no perfect wisdom living today, only perfect intentions. Democrats fail to understand that our forefathers promised life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
During his State of the Union address, President Donald Trump urged Congress to pass a bill that would allow terminally ill patients to request access to experimental drugs not approved by the Food and Drug Administration. - Newsweek magazine, 2018.
Right-to-try laws are U.S. state laws that were created to let terminally ill patients try experimental therapies (drugs, biologic devices) that have completed Phase 3 testing but have not been approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). - Wikipedia
The Goldwater Institute, a conservative think tank, praised the Senate's bill as giving "new hope to patients facing life-threatening illnesses" and for giving terminally ill patients access to drugs "still being tested in clinical trails, while offering protection to doctors and pharmaceutical companies who come to patients' aid."
Laws in the United States, Canada, and most other countries forbid the possession or sale of some commonly abused drugs. Others may be obtained legally only with a prescription from a physician. Marijuana can produce a variety of reactions, if a person is tense, or depressed by his surroundings, the drug may cause fear and further depression. Marijuana can trigger a nervous breakdown in someone who is extremely upset.
FDA failed to consider regulating the pharmaceutical companies or allowing Americans to purchase their pharmacy supplies from foreign countries, even if it was originally manufactured in the U.S.

The evidence does suggest that the leading cause of death in America is abortion rather than heart disease. Researchers think genetic research would save millions of lives; prenatal care, no drugs such as heroine or marijuana that can cause addition, habitation or marked change to mental status; ban certain barbaric abortion procedures to exist, to take up and practice adoption procedures.
