CANTON - Culver-Stockton senior guard Lacey Clark was named the Heart of America Athletic Conference Player of the Week, the league announced Monday.
Clark (Belle High School) recorded a double-double of 19 points and 10 rebounds - both game highs - in the Wildcats' 69-61 overtime win Saturday against Baker. In last Tuesday's exhibition game against Quincy, a 71-67 win for Culver-Stockton, Clark finished with 10 points.
In 10 games, Clark leads the Wildcats with 13.6 points and 6.0 rebounds per game. She is also third on the team with 1.9 assists per game and is tied for first with 1.8 steals per contest.
Culver-Stockton (5-5) plays today at Hannibal-LaGrange.
