Blair Oaks sprints past Versailles

VERSAILLES, Mo. - The Blair Oaks Falcons jumped out to a 25-7 lead after one quarter Friday on their way to an 81-51 win against the Versailles Tigers.

Tim Fick led four Falcons in double figures with 17 points. Eric Northweather added 15 in the win, while Dru Rackers totaled 13 and Braydan Pritchett chipped in with 11.

Blair Oaks extended its lead to 49-25 at the half and held a 74-38 advantage after three quarters.

Coby Williams had a game-high 27 points for Versailles. Wyatt Espinosa added 11 for the Tigers (7-6), who will play Tuesday at Southern Boone.

Blair Oaks (11-3) will play Newburg at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in the opening round of the St. James Tournament.

Blair Oaks won Friday's JV game 63-32. Jacob Rademan led the Falcons (9-1) with 18 points, Corban Bonnett scored 13 and Webb Villmer added 10.

In the freshman game, Blair Oaks won 52-32.

Carson Bax was the top scorer for Blair Oaks with 12 points. Tristan Heislen contributed 11 points for Blair Oaks (8-2).
