M.S. Cross Country: Thomas Jefferson boys win

WARRENTON - The Thomas Jefferson boys cross country team won the Blackhawk Invitational on Tuesday.

Thomas Jefferson had 49 points while Lewis and Clark was fifth with 119 points.

The Lewis and Clark girls placed second with 66 points and Thomas Jefferson was fourth with 111 points.

Thomas Jefferson had the top three boys runners. Brock Schofield won with a time of 8:10, Colin Voss was second in 8:17 and Parker Noble finished third in 8:19. Seth Stumbaugh of Lewis and Clark was fourth in 8:20.

Thomas Jefferson's Yumania Robben finished runner-up in the girls race with a time of 9:09. Josie Starr of Lewis and Clark finished fourth in 9:35.
