BELLE, Mo. - The South Callaway Bulldogs opened the Belle Tournament with a 57-51 win against the Missouri Military Academy Colonels in Tuesday's pool-play action.
South Callaway held 12-10 lead after one quarter and MMA tied the score at 30 entering halftime. The Bulldogs went into the fourth quarter with a 43-38 advantage.
Treysen Gray led the Bulldogs with 31 points.
South Callaway (6-9) will go for a season-high third straight win Thursday against Belle to wrap up pool play.
